Shiitake mushroom grading root cutting machine

This professional shiitake mushroom washing grading line mainly consists of shiitake mushroom picking table, water cleaning machine, air drying machine, root cutting machine, lifting conveyor, size grading sorting machine, etc. widely use in mushroom processing factories.

The Shiitake mushroom picking table frame is made of SUS 304, conveyor belt is made of food grade PVC.
motor adopts inverter, conveying speed can be adjusted. Machine structure is stable and beautiful.

The equipment has a circulating water pump and three filtering water tanks to realize cleaning water circulation, saving water,new water can be replenished based on the actual production condition.

Machine motor is with speed regulator. Shiitakes after washing are conveyed by conveyor chain, automatically feeding and discharding, the conveyor belt speed is adjustable according to production needs.

High-pressure spraying device Installed for better and completely shiitake cleaning.Overflow slot: During the cleaning process, some impurities will float on water, they can be discharged through hole board of inner wall to the overflow slot.

Machine with variable frequency speed to control drying time. Stainless steel Conveyor chain belt with frequency speed regulator, the Conveyor chain width is 800mm, whole machine length is 5000mm. Machine adopts 12pcs centrifugal fan. The fan height is adustable on installation board of both sides  made of 304 material , strong and reliable.

conveyor belt is made of high-quality PVC, belt width 600mm. there are partitions made on conveyor belt , barrel height 4cm,partition width 30cm. conveying speed is adjustable by speed regulator.

Structure requirements:
1. Both Grading hole-belt and discharge belt are made of thick PVC no less than 3mm
2. Adopt frequency regulator , belt transportation speed can be ajdusted
3. The grading machine can work in production line.
4. The discharge belt is connected by a reliable shaft to prevent shaft breaking
